“Spring Wind Field 2020” was made during the first few months of the COVID pandemic, while Barnard was living in Fairfield, Iowa. It had its genesis in his daily morning post-meditation observations of the trees outside his bedroom window. “Spring Wind Field 2020” is meant to be viewed as a stand-alone short film or as a continuous loop in an installation or gallery setting.
